เมื่อวันที่ 7-9 กรกฎาคม 2566 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จัดโครงการสุดสัปดาห์พัฒนาศีล สมาธิ ฝึกจิต “ตื่นรู้ด้วยสัจธรรม” ณ ทีปภาวันธรรมสถาน อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ นำทีมคณาจารย์และบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และหลักธรรมทางศาสนาให้กับบุคลากรด้วยการเจริญสติ ตลอดจนนำเอาหลักอานาปานสติ และการฝึกจิตกำหนดลมหายใจที่ได้มาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งจะสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสร้างสุขและความสำเร็จในการทำงานและชีวิตประจำวันต่อไปขอบคุณภาพจาก
