สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จัดโครงการ “ปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (องค์กร/ชุมชน)” ควบคู่กิจกรรมทำบุญตักบาตร เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลแก่นักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกงาน อันเป็นการเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจและปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการดำเนินชีวิตและการทำงาน
ในการนี้ ได้รับความเมตตาจาก พระมหาอุดมพร อุตฺตมวโร เจ้าอาวาสสำนักสงฆ์ศรีสมนึกบำรุงธรรม ตำบลทุ่งเตาใหม่ อำเภอบ้านนาสาร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายธรรม ให้แนวคิดและหลักปฏิบัติในการอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสังคมการทำงาน ตลอดจนการวางตนอย่างเหมาะสมในสถานประกอบการและชุมชน
โอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน ร่วมพบปะพูดคุย ให้คำแนะนำ และถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา ให้มีทั้งความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ พร้อมก้าวสู่การทำงานในองค์กรและการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
The Community Development Program Organizes an Orientation Project for
Internship Students to Prepare Them for Professional Work in Organizations and Communities
The Community
Development Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, organized the project titled
“Orientation for Internship Students (Organizations/Communities),” along with a merit-making activity
(alms offering) to bring auspiciousness to students before beginning their internships. This initiative
aims to boost morale while instilling moral values and ethics for both personal life and professional
conduct.
On this occasion, Phra
Maha Udomporn Uttamavaro, Abbot of Srisommanuk Bamrungtham Monastic Center, Thung Tao Mai
Subdistrict, Ban Na San District, Surat Thani Province, kindly served as a guest speaker. He delivered a
Dhamma talk, providing guidance and practical principles for living harmoniously with others in the
workplace, as well as appropriate conduct within organizations and communities.
Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presided over the
ceremony. Faculty members of the Community Development Program also attended to meet with
students, offer advice, and share their experiences in order to effectively prepare students before
undertaking their professional internships.
This project is considered another significant activity in enhancing students’ potential, equipping them with
knowledge, skills, and desirable characteristics, and preparing them to step confidently into
professional roles and contribute to sustainable community development in the future.
