การประกวดผลงาน Best Practiceแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการจัดการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศในการทำงาน เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2568 ณ ห้อง Auditorium อาคารทีปังกรรัศมีโชติมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ บุคลากร เข้าร่วมงาน การประกวดคัดเลือกผลงาน แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการจัดการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศในการทำงาน (Best Practice) โดยใช้กระบวนการ วิศวกรสังคม (Social Engineering Process)หนึ่งในผลงานที่เข้าร่วมการประกวด ได้แก่ ผลงานหัวข้อ “NEXTGEN Journal Flow System” นำเสนอโดย นางซาบีร่า พลบำรุงวงศ์ นักวิชาการศึกษา ฝ่ายวารสาร คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการวารสารให้มีความเป็นระบบ มีประสิทธิภาพ และทันสมัย ตอบโจทย์การทำงานเชิงสร้างสรรค์และการส่งเสริมคุณภาพทางวิชาการของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี

Best Practice Competition: Exemplary Practices in Promoting Excellence in Work Performance
Management.

On 18 September 2025, at the Auditorium of Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Building, Suratthani Rajabhat
University, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, together
with its administrators, staff, and personnel, participated in the Best Practice competition for selecting
exemplary practices in promoting excellence in work performance management. The competition
applied the Social Engineering Process as its guiding framework.

One of the submitted works was the project titled “NEXTGEN Journal Flow System”, presented by
Ms. Sabira Plabamrungwong, academic officer of the Journal Unit, Faculty of Humanities and Social
Sciences. The project focuses on developing a systematic, efficient, and modern journal management
system that responds to creative workflows and enhances the academic quality of the Faculty of
Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University.
