คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี จัด โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ กิจกรรมที่ 2 โครงการเสวนาองค์ความรู้ทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน เมื่อวันที่ 13 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมราชพฤกษ์ ชั้น 2 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 84 พรรษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาการด้านรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ และพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาให้สามารถวิเคราะห์บทบาทของภาครัฐในการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะ ภายใต้บริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและสังคมโลก
พิธีเปิดโครงการได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านการบริหารภาครัฐในยุคดิจิทัล ซึ่งเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง เช่น Artificial Intelligence (AI) และนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล ได้เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะ การบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ และการพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
ภายในกิจกรรมมีการจัดเวทีเสวนาวิชาการในประเด็น “การใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงในการพัฒนาประเทศผ่านนโยบายสาธารณะด้านเทคโนโลยี” ภายใต้หัวข้อ “นโยบายสาธารณะด้านเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง : บทบาทของรัฐในยุค Disruption” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ดร.ดำรงค์ฤทธิ์ เนียมหมวด และ ดร.พรสรรค์ โรจนพานิช ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ วิเคราะห์บทบาทของรัฐในการกำหนดทิศทางนโยบายด้านเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนา Digital Governance ตลอดจนการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและนวัตกรรมขั้นสูงมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐและการพัฒนาสังคม
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนตามกรอบ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะด้าน SDG 4 : Quality Education การส่งเสริมการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ, SDG 9 : Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure การส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยี และ SDG 16 : Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions การพัฒนาสถาบันภาครัฐที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม
เวทีเสวนาดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญในการสร้างพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการระหว่างนักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และนักศึกษา เพื่อเสริมสร้างมุมมองด้านรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ในยุคดิจิทัล และเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่นักศึกษาในการเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศในอนาคต

“Analyzing the Role of the State in Formulating Advanced Technology Policies in the Era of Disruption.
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the
“Enhancing the Potential of Students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences” Project, Activity 2: a seminar on public administration knowledge in the current context, held on March 13, 2026, at Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Chalermprakiat 84th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Surat Thani Rajabhat University. The event aimed to promote academic learning in public administration and to develop students’ analytical skills regarding the role of the public sector in formulating public policies within the context of technological and global social change.
The opening ceremony of the project was honored by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who presided over and delivered the opening remarks. He emphasized the importance of developing knowledge in public administration in the digital era, in which advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital innovation play a crucial role in shaping public policy, public sector management, and sustainable national development.
The activity included an academic seminar on the topic “The Use of Advanced Technology in National Development through Technology-Related Public Policy,” under the theme “Advanced Technology Public Policy: The Role of the State in the Era of Disruption.” The session was honored by distinguished speakers, namely Dr. Damrongrit Niammuat and Dr. Pornsarn Rojanapanich, who shared and exchanged knowledge while analyzing the role of the state in shaping technology policy directions, developing digital governance, and applying digital technologies and advanced innovations to enhance the efficiency of public administration and promote social development.
This activity is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, which promotes inclusive and equitable quality education; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, which supports innovation and technological infrastructure; and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, which focuses on developing effective, transparent, and responsive public institutions in response to societal change.
This seminar serves as another significant platform for academic knowledge exchange among scholars, experts, and students, aiming to broaden perspectives in public administration in the digital era and to prepare students to become key contributors to the country’s future development.
