สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน จัดโครงการ พัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีน ประจำปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๙ เปิดโลกทัศน์จีนศึกษา : การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ
คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี จัดโครงการ พัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีน ประจำปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๙ กิจกรรมที่ ๓ “เปิดโลกทัศน์จีนศึกษา : การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เที่ยวท่องล่องจีน ดื่มด่ำประวัติศาสตร์ สำราญวัฒนธรรม” เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๙ ณ ห้อง SM๘ ชั้น ๒ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ๘๔ พรรษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์
พิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มอบหมายให้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ณัฐดนัย พยัฆพันธ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ
โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีน ชั้นปีที่ ๒ จำนวน ๘ คน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรม และอารยธรรมจีน ผ่านการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ
ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับภูมิหลังและเรื่องราวของ อาหารจีน ที่เชื่อมโยงกับความเชื่อทางคติชนและเทศกาลสำคัญของจีน ตลอดจนศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาของ ชาจีน ทั้งในด้านรสชาติ ลักษณะเด่นของชาแต่ละประเภท และแหล่งปลูกชาสำคัญในแต่ละภูมิภาคของประเทศจีน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงภูมิปัญญาและวิถีชีวิตของชาวจีนอย่างลึกซึ้ง
การอบรมครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่ช่วยเปิดโลกทัศน์ทางวิชาการด้านจีนศึกษา ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีความรู้รอบด้าน ทั้งด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรม และบริบททางสังคม สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนและการทำงานในอนาคตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
The Chinese Program organized the “Enhancing the Potential of Chinese Major Students for the
Academic Year 2026” project, titled Opening Horizons in Chinese Studies: A Workshop.
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the “Enhancing the Potential of Chinese Program Students for the Academic Year 2026” Project, Activity 3, titled “Opening Horizons in Chinese Studies: A Workshop on Exploring China, Appreciating Its History, and Enjoying Its Culture.” The event was held on March 18, 2026, at Room SM8, 2nd Floor, Chalermprakiat 84th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The opening ceremony was honored by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who assigned Assistant Professor Natdanai Payakpun, Associate Dean for Strategy and Human Resources, to preside over the ceremony officially.
The project was organized for eight second-year students from the Chinese Program, with the aim of enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the Chinese language, culture, and civilization through an integrated approach combining both theoretical and practical learning.
During the activity, students learned about the background and stories of Chinese cuisine in connection with folklore beliefs and major Chinese festivals. They also explored the history of Chinese tea, including its flavors, distinctive characteristics of each type, and key tea-growing regions across China, reflecting the profound wisdom and way of life of the Chinese people.
This training marks another significant activity that broadens academic perspectives in Chinese Studies, encouraging students to develop well-rounded knowledge in language, culture, and social contexts, which can be effectively applied to their studies and future careers.
