คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ฯ จัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาเอกอังกฤษสู่เส้นทางอาชีพ
เมื่อวันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2569 สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี ได้จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา “กิจกรรมที่ 5: อบรมการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่เส้นทางสายอาชีพ” ณ ห้องประชุมลีลาวดี ชั้น 4 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 84 พรรษา
พิธีเปิดกิจกรรม: ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มอบหมายให้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ณัฐดนัย พยัฆพันธ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษาในการเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานในยุคปัจจุบัน
รายละเอียดกิจกรรม: กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นกลุ่มเป้าหมายนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 41 คน ซึ่งเป็นว่าที่บัณฑิตที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่โลกของการทำงาน โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ คุณภัทรพร จันทมุณี มาบรรยายในหัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่:
- การเตรียมความพร้อมในการทำงานในสถานประกอบการต่างๆ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและการปรับตัว
- การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและการสัมภาษณ์งานด้านภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจและเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้งาน
วัตถุประสงค์หลัก: เพื่อให้บัณฑิตในอนาคตมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแหล่งงานที่เหมาะสมกับทักษะทางภาษา และสามารถนำบุคลิกภาพที่ผ่านการพัฒนาไปใช้ในการสมัครงานและสัมภาษณ์งานได้อย่างมืออาชีพและมั่นใจ

organized a student potential development project.
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized a preparatory activity to equip
English program students for their career paths.
On March 23, 2026, the English program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized a student development project titled “Activity 5: Training on Preparation for Entering Career Paths” at
Leelawadee Conference Room, 4th Floor, Chalermprakiat 84th Anniversary Building.
Opening Ceremony: We were honored that Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, assigned Assistant Professor Natdanai Payakpun, Associate Dean for Strategy and Human Resources, to preside over the official opening ceremony and deliver an address to students on preparing for entry into the modern labor market.
Activity Details: This activity targeted 41 fourth-year students from the English Program, who
are prospective graduates preparing to enter the workforce. We were honored to have an expert
speaker, Ms. Phattharaporn Chanthamunee, who delivered lectures on key topics, including:
- Preparing for work in various organizations to understand organizational culture and how to
adapt effectively. - Developing personality and English job interview skills to build confidence and increase
employment opportunities.
Main Objective: To equip future graduates with knowledge and understanding of career
opportunities that align with their language skills, and to enable them to apply their developed
personality in job applications and interviews in a professional and confident manner.
