กิจกรรมที่ 1 อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ
“พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ”
สำนักงานคณบดี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี ได้จัด โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กิจกรรมที่ 1: อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ” ณ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 84 พรรษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์
ในการนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ โดยมีผู้บริหารและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการเข้าร่วมจำนวน 17 คน
วัตถุประสงค์ของการอบรม
เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะด้านการใช้ Generative AI ในการทำงาน ซึ่งสามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ประสิทธิผล และคุณภาพของงานในด้านต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานให้มีความสุข ควบคู่กับการสร้างผลงานที่มีคุณภาพ
เนื้อหาการอบรม
- ทำความรู้จักกับ Generative AI ประโยชน์และข้อจำกัด
- องค์ประกอบ แนวคิด และการใช้งานเบื้องต้น
- หลักการตั้งคำถาม (Prompting) เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ตรงเป้าหมาย
- แนะนำเครื่องมือ Generative AI ที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน เช่น
- AI สำหรับบันทึกและสรุปการประชุม
- AI สำหรับสร้างงานนำเสนอ (PowerPoint)
- AI เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์
- การประยุกต์ใช้งานด้านเอกสาร การคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และการวางแผนงาน
- Workshop การทดลองตั้งคำถามและปรับแต่งคำถามเพื่อแก้ปัญหาจริง
การอบรมครั้งนี้ดำเนินการโดย นายธีรวัฒน์ กิจงาม นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับชำนาญการ
โครงการดังกล่าวถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็นองค์กรอัจฉริยะในยุคดิจิทัล

Activity 1: Workshop
“Personnel Capacity Building for Organizational Excellence”
The Dean’s Office, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized a Personnel Development Program for Organizational Excellence, Activity 1: a workshop on “Personnel Capacity Building for Organizational Excellence,” held at the 84th Anniversary Commemorative Building, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presided over the opening ceremony. A total of 17 administrators and academic support staff members participated in the program.
Objectives of the Training:
The training aimed to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills in the use of Generative AI in the workplace. This technology can help improve efficiency, effectiveness, and work quality across various tasks, while also promoting a better quality of working life and overall well-being alongside the creation of high-quality outputs.
Training Contents:
1. Introduction to Generative AI: benefits and limitations
2. Components, concepts, and basic usage
3. Principles of prompting to achieve desired outcomes
4. Introduction to Generative AI tools that enhance work efficiency, such as:
* AI for meeting recording and summarization
* AI for presentation creation (PowerPoint)
* AI for public relations
5. Application in documentation, creative thinking, and work planning
6. Workshop session on prompt design and refinement for real-world problem-solving
The training was conducted by Mr. Teerawat Kitngam, Computer Technical Officer (Professional Level).
This program represents another significant step for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in promoting personnel development, aiming to advance toward becoming a smart organization in the digital era at Suratthani Rajabhat University.
