โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาผ่านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการพัฒนาชุมชนและค่ายเรียนรู้ถอดบทเรียน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์
โครงการเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ กิจกรรมที่ 2 โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาผ่านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการพัฒนาชุมชนและค่ายเรียนรู้ถอดบทเรียน กิจกรรมย่อยที่ 4 การฝึกประสบการณ์ฯและนิเทศนักศึกษา ภาค กศ.บท./ชุมชน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง จัดโดยสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นโครงการที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาให้พร้อมต่อการทำงานจริงในภาคชุมชน ผ่านการเรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ โดยกิจกรรมอบรมถูกจัดอย่างเป็นขั้นตอนเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถสร้างความเข้าใจและทักษะอาชีพได้อย่างเต็มที่
ในวันแรกของกิจกรรมย่อยที่ 4.1 ปฐมนิเทศและถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ชุมชน วันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ ห้อง SM3 ชั้น 4 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ นักศึกษาได้รับการแนะนำแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาชุมชน พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากอาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน ทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานและเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการลงพื้นที่จริง ต่อมาในกิจกรรมย่อยที่ 4.2 วันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2568 นักศึกษาได้ลงพื้นที่ชุมชน จัดเวทีชุมชน และวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพชุมชนเพื่อออกแบบโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนจริง โดยได้รับคำแนะนำจากอาจารย์สมมาส เส้งสุย ที่มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการพัฒนา
Workshop on Enhancing Students’ Capacity through Professional Internship Training in Community Development and Reflective Learning Camp, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The Pre-Internship Preparation Program for Students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Activity 2 under the Workshop on Enhancing Students’ Capacity through Professional Internship Training in Community Development and Reflective Learning Camp, Sub-activity 4: Internship Practice and Student Supervision in the Regular Program and Community areas of Surat Thani Province and nearby provinces, was organized by the Community Development Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University.
This program aimed to enhance students’ readiness for real-world community work through both theoretical and practical learning experiences. The training activities were systematically designed to help students fully develop their understanding and occupational skills.
On the first day of Sub-activity 4.1, Orientation and Community Learning Experience Sharing, held on August 16, 2025, at SM3 Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, students were introduced to community development practices and gained insights from experienced lecturers in the field. This helped them build a solid foundation and prepare for fieldwork.
Subsequently, on August 17, 2025, under Sub-activity 4.2, students conducted fieldwork in local communities, facilitated community forums, and analyzed community potential in order to design real community development projects. They received guidance from Assistant Professor Sommat Sengsui, who has extensive practical experience in community development.
