ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุธาทิพย์ อร่ามศักดิ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาภาษาไทย ได้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการร่วมดำเนินกิจกรรม “พิธีสงกรานต์วัฒนธรรมไทย–จีน” เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรม และเผยแพร่เอกลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยสู่สากล
โดยได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติให้แก่นักศึกษาชาวจีน ในการประดิษฐ์พานพุ่มดอกไม้ และพานพุ่มจากใบตอง ซึ่งเป็นศิลปหัตถกรรมไทยที่สะท้อนถึงความประณีตงดงามและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น
ภายในงานยังได้รับเกียรติจากท่านกงสุลใหญ่ เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสองประเทศ และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในมิติทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างลึกซึ้ง
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรม ที่ช่วยเปิดโลกทัศน์ให้แก่นักศึกษา พร้อมทั้งสืบสานและเผยแพร่มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมไทยในเวทีนานาชาติ
Student and Faculty Exchange Program between Surat Thani Rajabhat University (SRU) and Shantou University, Shantou City, People’s Republic of China
Assistant Professor Suthathip Aramsak, a lecturer in the Thai Language Program, played a significant role in organizing and implementing the “Thai–Chinese Songkran Cultural Ceremony.” The activity aimed to promote cross-cultural learning as well as to disseminate Thai cultural identity on the international stage.
In this regard, she delivered academic knowledge alongside hands-on training to Chinese students in creating traditional Thai floral pedestal trays (phan phum) and banana-leaf pedestal arrangements. These crafts represent Thai artistry, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship and profound local wisdom.
The event was also honored by the presence of the Consul General, whose participation contributed to strengthening the amicable relations between the two countries and fostering deeper cultural understanding.
This activity marks another important milestone in academic and cultural collaboration, broadening students’ perspectives while preserving, promoting, and advancing Thai cultural heritage in the international arena in a tangible manner.
