คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มรส. จัดโครงการพัฒนาอาจารย์สู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ เสริมศักยภาพด้านมนุษยศาสตร์

คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี จัด โครงการการพัฒนาอาจารย์เข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 ภายใต้ กิจกรรมที่ 1 การพัฒนาอาจารย์เข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ด้านมนุษยศาสตร์ เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนคณาจารย์ในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการอย่างมีคุณภาพ
โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ พร้อมทั้งให้โอวาทและแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพอาจารย์ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานทางวิชาการในระดับอุดมศึกษา
ภายในกิจกรรม ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เมชฌ เมธจิรนนท์ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อ
📌 “หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการพิจารณากลั่นกรองคุณสมบัติและผลงานทางวิชาการของผู้เสนอขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ พ.ศ. 2568”
โดยเน้นการทำความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพิจารณา คุณสมบัติที่สำคัญ และแนวทางการเตรียมผลงานให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการบรรยายในหัวข้อ
📌 “การขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการตามหลักเกณฑ์ ก.พ.อ. ด้วยงานวิจัย ตำรา และผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทอื่น ๆ”
เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เห็นแนวทางการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการที่หลากหลาย และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาผลงานของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
✨ การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ เป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพอาจารย์ ส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพ และสนับสนุนการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการที่มีคุณค่า อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized a
project to develop faculty members toward academic promotion, enhancing capacity in the
humanities.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the 2026
Faculty Development Project for Academic Promotion under Activity 1: Development of Faculty
Members toward Academic Promotion in the Humanities. The project aims to support and prepare
faculty members for applying for academic titles with quality and readiness.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who also delivered opening remarks and guidance on
enhancing faculty potential in alignment with higher education academic standards.
The event featured a keynote lecture by Professor Dr. Metcha Methajiranon on the topic:
📌 “Criteria and Procedures for Screening Qualifications and Academic Works for Academic
Promotion (2025)”
The lecture focused on understanding the evaluation process, key qualifications, and guidelines for
preparing academic work in accordance with the prescribed criteria.
In addition, there was a lecture on:
📌 “Applying for Academic Promotion under OHEC Criteria through Research, Textbooks, and Other
Academic Works”
This session provided participants with insights into various types of academic outputs and how they
can be effectively developed and applied.
✨ This project serves as an important mechanism for enhancing the quality of faculty members,
promoting professional advancement, and supporting the production of valuable academic work,
ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of educational quality within the faculty and
the university.
